The School is making the transition to a new learning management system. Currently, all non-required online courses are managed through Campusdirect. All other course material can now be found in MyAccount, the doorway to the new learning management system. Click here to view a list of courses that are now available through MyAccount.

The School is committed to better serving public servants by ensuring that organizations and their employees have the proper learning tools, programs and methods available to them. The course content is no longer valid due to changes in key policies, directives and procedures on which they are predicated. We will, however, be exploring potential alternative course offerings in the future.

The School only requires learners to provide the personal information required to conduct its business, in administering its operations and delivering its services. The School needs this information in order to ensure that you are registered to the right course at the right time, to ensure that it invoices the costs of the course to the right department (if you are being sponsored by your employer), to improve the services that it provides, and to fulfill its reporting obligations.
We will only share information about you and your learning experience with your employer or sponsor. The School will ensure that your private records are respected in accordance with the federal Privacy Act.
All federal public service employees from eligible organizations are invited to become Campusdirect members at no cost. To obtain a Campusdirect username and password, please contact the Client Contact Centre.
